the table once completed is beautiful, but the amount of bolts missing is inexcusable and customer support - no phone number- is no where- takes days to get an asbnwer- lucky hardware store is near by to get the parts- one of the parts around the piston was not sent in right configuration and had to be changed- instructions are OK but not great- could have also used a hex key for one set of bolts that they used- some of the bolts were not functional as well- TABLE GREAT but putting it together takes a while- 2 people jobGreat bed! It wasn’t too easy to put it together but it was worth it.So as I always do , I inventoried all parts to make sure I had everything the instructions said I needed to assemble this chair. And of course it was missing 8 screws. 4XR and 4XQ. Not to mention the piston was assembled wrong. I fixed that . Had to run to the hardware store and get screws . The instructions said to call directly if there was a problem but no number was provided. There are people who need more arm space when laying down and these stay jacked up in a triangle, so you can’t use them as an extension of the table/chair for massage purposes. The 2nd disappointing feature is that you can’t remove the headrest! If I can remove the armrests, I should be able to remove the headrest too! And the pillow that has an attached cylinder piece that fits into face hole is so awkward and bulky to try to slip in under a clients head! 30days to get comfortable with using this table is not long enough if you’re used to using a standard massage table for returns. I’ve had to rig this table up to suit not only my needs but my clients needs.
