The electro pads only work when they want to. Also- contacted seller about not receiving cord set for the grey pads and seller has yet to contact me back.Thank youI have received my product , I am pleased with it. It was worth the wait. Once again thank youAnnieI am very disappointed cause i was super hype to use this machine but The suction is very , very ,very weak and it’s missing components to use tension pads ,not sure that machine is bad or if the suction really super weak like that , but maybe it’s not that weak and the machine is just defected i really don’t know , took 3weeks even though i paid for expedited shipping . I’m not happy with my purchase and have requested a refund , still waiting on a response , i paid too much and waited too long for the product not to be right ??????No instructions, can’t find manufacturers instructions. I’m a licensed esthetician and love my 7 in one machine that does laser lipo/body cavitation. I wanted to incorporate this but very disappointed cause I haven’t been able to use it. I Put together what I could with the ems connections and have minimum feeling of the electronic tens unit pulses.
