When I finally got it assembled which was about 30-40 minutes with straight forward instructions, sitting on this chair was a relief that I payed for a great gaming chair, the comfort is there! Played Modern Warfare with the buds for a whole night and the only problem I had was falling asleep in the chair and having the buds kicking me out of the party. The smaller pillow to rest your head on is pretty stiff, not the biggest thing but I wanted more comfort for my head when I'm reclined. There is a zipper to access the stuffing and I changed it out with a 2 inch think memory foam and that was a great fix! The reclining part of the chair is pretty good. The foot rest is a great feature but I feel can be improved. I'm 5'5" so a short guy and I feel that the foot rest could stick out further... the edge of it is resting on my lower calf behind the ankle so I need to slide down just a bit so it can rest on my mid calf and it pretty comfy then. I'm sure for anyone taller than me wont have this problem if they don't mind it resting their legs by their calves. It does have a "massage" pillow that is to support your lower back and its as stiff as the head rest but I would leave that one alone so it can support your back better. The massage part of it, well it just vibrates haha! I didn't know that it came with one so I thought "wow bonus" but it just has 5-6 different settings from Low to High, 2-3 different vibrating patterns and the last setting is like a combo of the different vibrations, so nice to have but not needed for me. In reality the vibration distracts me from the games I'm playing so if you're just vibing then sure the "massage pillow" is for you. So all in all this is a great Gaming Chair for me and for the price. I would recommend this chair to any of my buds if they are looking into it. I've had this chair for about a week shy from a month so updates will come!Chair was delivered yesterday. Although the box was a bit beat up the contents were ok and nothing was damaged.First thing I always do is fully review the contents, to ensure everything expected was delivered. Looking at the included assembly instructions it stated I was to have 14 bolts. In the bag were 2. I fired off an email to the manufacturer and within 2 hours I had a response: The "missing" bolts were actually attached to where they belonged once the chair was assembled. So if you purchase this chair, take note the bolts you expect are not in the bag but attached to the product.Once I knew I had the necessary hardware I started to assemble the chair. Let me state such activity is far from my forte...I am unabashedly one of those 1-800-helpme? guys. Start to finish it took me just under 90 minutes to fully assemble the chair. The assembly directions were maybe just this side of being perfectly clear, but they were clear enough even a dolt like me could easily and successfully follow them.Fully assembled chair is sturdy. The up/down and back/forth levers work well. The built-in massager in the lumbar support was an unexpected surprise, and it works well, with several options. How to add the lumbar support and the headrest onto the chair was not included in the directions, but looking at the chair and these items it should be self-evident. Foot rest is another nice option for when you want to fully relax for a bit. The seat could use maybe another couple inches of cushioning for someone with a skinny backside like mine.I am not a gamer, but a work-from-home CSR agent. So the need for a comfortable chair is critical to my surviving 8-hours days of answering calls and responding to emails.All-in-all, I am happy with this chair and feel for the money spent I have received an excellent product. After 3 weeks and a terrible experience waiting for a chair from another seller, I ordered this one.Waited another couple of weeks but nearly cancelled my order when I found out it would likely be delayed longer due to COVID. I'm glad I didn't.The support team was very nice about the situation, the chair came only one day late, and I was surprised at the quality of it. I have no doubt it's better than the first chair I ordered. It was easy to set up and is sturdy and well-made.As for comfort, it's definitely better suited for someone a bit bigger than me. At 5'1", the headrest, seat back, and height are a little off but the chair was still fairly comfortable this first day of sitting in it for 8+ hours. The massage cushion definitely helps. The only con is that the armrests don't lock so, if you move or bump the desk, they pop out of your preferred position. But that's minor.Overall, I'm happy with the product and the customer service.I use the chair as an office chair, and it has been a game-changer for me. It only took me about an hour to assemble, and it's only been a week since I've bought it but I can feel a difference in my back pain and posture.I'm a 5'7 180lb lady, there is comfortable room for my hips, arms, and lower back. My feet rest solidly on the ground without raising the chair, but I will probably need to get a footrest if I raise the chair. For those 5'6 and below, this chair may not be a good fit for them. But if you like to sit cross-legged, this may not apply to you.I haven't tried the massage pillow yet, it's on my to-do list. But even without that, you will get good value for your money with this chair.I paid $259.99 CAD for this chair, and for reference I am 6'3" 220 lbs.The chair looks nice overall, but is flimsy at the hinges and feels cheap. The rotating armrests are actually a big nuisance, and would have done better to have extra padding instead. I spent a lot of time doing research to avoid exactly this, so now I'm wondering how many of the other reviews here are genuine. I deeply regret this purchase, but it's simply too much trouble to return the chair now.I bought this chair because of the pandemic. At home, I never stayed in front of my computer more than a couple of hours each day (most of the time, much less than one). Since I now have to work from home, my old chair was giving very bad backaches. Well, it worked! No more back pain... As a bonus, there's this massage cussion that is quite enjoyable, even if I'm not convinced it really does something therapeutical...I bough mine about a month ago and i really enjoy a lot of aspect of that chair. the confort is very good. the only thing is that the wheel's bar a not enough long. That make that if i try to reach something the weigt of the chair make the chair completly fall on me to the direction point. I am not that heavy, 180 lbs but the chair whill rater balance than follow my movement. except that its perfectI’ve had this chair for a week now and so far so good. I needed a chair that had good back support and this one is great for that. The vibrating pillow works but only for one speed. I was noticing that I was getting lower back pain because my previous chair had little to no support for the lower back so this chair is exactly what I needed. The seat was stiffer than what I was used to but I already feel like I’m breaking it in and it’s becoming more comfortable. I find I have a lot more support.Overall it’s a great chair and looks nice. It’s sturdy and well made. If you are into taking a nap in the chair it will not disappoint as it goes back far and the foot stool works great for that. All the levers do as they should and don’t seem cheap like they will break.I would recommend! We did a lot of research on chairs and glad we chose this one. Excellent quality chair and we received it quickly. It has lumbar support as well as a foot rest. Great for both gaming for my son as well as when he needs to sit as his desk to do homework. He’s 13 and put it together himself! Instructions were easy to follow. It is adjustable height wise and goes all the way so you could even sleep on it. We have only had this chair for less than a week but so far it’s been fantastic. Would highly recommend.
